Everything is ready for the “Traditional Cooking Festival” that takes place this weekend in Uga.
There will be eleven DO Lanzarote wineries and three cheeseries as well as catering establishments and artisan products.
Thousands of people expected to meet this weekend at the Uga fairgrounds to celebrate the ‘XI Lanzarote Wine Run & Traditional Cuisine Festival’ will be able to taste a wide variety of enogastronomic products and artisans of the island in the more than 30 stands that will feature the ‘Traditional Cooking Festival’, which will be developed under the umbrella of the ‘Saborea Lanzarote’ project.
