Includes easy and more technical rides. Option to choose one race or all.\u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>90% of the course is off road, covering sand, lava fields and dirt tracks in the north of the island.<\/p>\n<p>The Time Trial stage starts from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantecostafamara.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Caleta de Famara<\/a> going up to Las Nieves (approx. 25 Km) with 500 meters of climbing.<\/p>\n<p>The Stage 4 is the hardest race and includes &#8220;La Presa Time trial&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Participants in the Cadets division can only compete in Stage 1 (Saturday) and half of the course of Stage 2.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>25th &#8211; 28th January 2020 The 4 Stage Mountain Bike Race takes place on four days with exciting courses, offering a perfect adventure that challenges both elite and amateur riders.
